Our FUR BABies

Max

Meet Max who we rescued off of craigslist, as he was given away to the family that we got him from, after he apparently failed training to become a therapy dog because he was mouthing kids so we were told.  The family tried him for a week with their other doodle and stated it didn’t work out.  We at the time had Abby an 11 Yr old lab we adopted.  She had cancer and we knew her time with us was coming to an end.  I was looking for a doodle type dog and when i saw Max, it was love at first sight.  I could not resist getting him.  Max has played a pivotal role in making other foster animals feel comfortable in our home.  He has a wonderful chill demeanor and loves to snuggle, give hugs and loves to play.  Most importantly he just likes hang out with his family. He is a fan favorite and gets compliments by anyone who meets him with his mohawk and goatee. He is the cool dude of the house!

Macy

Meet Macy, my daughters rescued Macy from our local Pflugerville Animal Shelter and adopted her with their own money…so really they are her mom.  We don’t really know her true story but what we do know is that Macy is one smart dog.  She tells us when she needs more food, needs to go outside and a few other things.  Macy is sweet, but must be the leader of the pack, be careful don’t go messing with this little one as she might adore you with her kisses.

Chloe "Fat Cat"

Meet Chloe – Ever since I was a little girl my mom and dad would always let me bring stray cats and dogs into our home.  When my mom passed away in 2015 she had left behind a her cat Chloe.  She was known as a FEISTY cat and no other family members wanted to claim her as a result LOL.  It was on my heart that she was meant to come home to Texas, so me and the 20 lb cat boarded a flight to Texas from Canada.  When my girls met Chloe they instantly fell in love with her.  Chloe now has become one big fat cat as you can see, she loves food and sleeping anywhere.

Madison

Liberty

Meet Liberty, our first dog with Sierra’s Canine Sanctuary.  We feel it was an appropriate match cause she is a golden. Liberty was a gift from God and our Late Golden Sierra – we are pretty sure of it. We got Liberty from a breeder who had retired her due to her having a seizure disorder. She has pretty substantial seizures and its scary but that does not stop Liberty from living a normal life. Liberty is also scared of Thunderstorms and sometimes protects her toys as if they are her puppies. She is very sweet, loving, and she will snuggle you all day and all night as long as you give her some belly rubs every once and awhile. She will make you laugh every single day with her hilarious talking (in her own language of course) and her funny little gestures.
