Sandy

Sandy

Sandy was our first foster from a local rescue. She was such a snuggle bug and loved laying right up next to me where ever I was. She was a hard one to let go but fortunately she found a loving home with a co-worker of mine.

Shadow

Shadow

Shadow was a beautiful Black Lab who was neglected and left outside with not much attention payed to her. She was very shy and timid, and had a hard time trusting people…rightfully so. We would have loved to keep her but at the time I was pregnant with my first daughter and had Sierra our Golden. She lucked out, we found an amazing family to provide her a fur-ever home and who loved her very much!

Abby

Abby

Abby was a lab mix who at the age of 11 found herself in a situation where her human mom passed away from cancer and she was left only to be checked in on by family. A local rescue that I volunteered with took her in and the moment I saw her I knew we had to “foster” her. Really I had every intention of keeping her. She was well loved by our family (especially our youngest daughter) fell in love with her and had a special bond with her. Sadly we only had her for 6 months because she ended up having Cancer herself. She left paw prints on our heart for sure. We were lucky to be able to provide here with a loving home for the short time she was with us.

Shyanne

Shyanne

Shyanne was a beautiful Siamese that unfortunately was pregnant at a very young age. She was our first cat foster through Wilco Animal Shelter. She was so loving and I swear she thought I was her mom. Sadly her kittens were stilborn and did not make it. She found a loving home. I still think about her today and wish I kept her. She will always have a special place in my heart.

Cheyenne

Cheyenne

Cheyenne was a mom to three beautiful kittens when we fostered her through Wilco Animal Shelter. She was a sweetheart. We found her a home where she had a dog sibling who she would be able hang out with.
